Srinagar, March 15 (KMS): Incarcerated Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Masarrat Aalam Butt, has said that after failing to subdue the Kashmiris’ resolve for freedom by subjecting them to the worst state terrorism, the fascist Indian government is introducing more automatic weapons and machinery to carry out massacres and destruction on a massive scale in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Masarrat Aalam Butt in a message sent from New Delhi’s infamous Tihar Jail said, on one hand, Indian troops are killing and maiming the Kashmiri youth, on the other hand, the Indian authorities are confiscating the properties of the people to punish them for opposing India’s illegal occupation of their homeland. He said the imposition of property tax is ye another ploy to cripple the Kashmiri people, economically. He impressed upon the international community to hold India accountable for its crimes in IIOJK.

Meanwhile, India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency conducted raids and searches at multiple locations in Kulgam, Shopian, Pulwama and Islamabad districts on the 2nd consecutive day, today.They seized mobile and digital devices of pro-freedom people and their family members. Indian police arrested one more innocent Kashmiri youth a check-post in Singhpora Pattan area of Baramulla district.

At least 14 people including five Indian troops were injured in two different roads accidents in the occupied territory, today. Nine persons were injured when a load carrier turned turtle in Kangan area Ganderbal district. Five Indian troops were injured when a truck driver lost control and hit a vehicle of Indian paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force in Tikri area of Udhampur district.

People Democratic Party president, Mehbooba Mufti, talking to reporters in Rajouri said that Bharatiya Janata Party government has created an atmosphere of fear by making random arrests in the territory.

The US State Department’s entity, Commission for International Religious Freedom in a fresh report demanded repeal of India’s anti-conversion laws for being in violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, to which India is also a signatory
