In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar, has called upon the international community, particularly the United Nations, to designate India as a terrorist state for denying the right to self-determination of the Kashmiri people through unrelenting state terrorism. <\/p>\n
